I consent to the data I provide for AI features (text, a voice message (the original audio recording) and the transcript obtained from it, and, for Proof verification, selected images, files or fragments extracted from them) being processed by artificial intelligence to:
- Break the task down into measurable stages (iterations)
- Draw up the Definition of Done (DoD), i.e. the acceptance criteria
- Suggest an optimal capsule structure
- Automatically verify Proof artifacts
Important:
- AI does not make settlement decisions automatically
- Final confirmation of fulfilment always remains with a human (P1)
- For speech recognition, the original audio recording is transferred to Yandex SpeechKit, operated by Yandex.Cloud LLC (OGRN 1187746678580, INN 7704458262). The audio content and technical format parameters are sent to SpeechKit; the Telegram ID, username and chat history are not included in the request. Server-side logging of the request is disabled. After receiving the transcript, COREXO sends a request to delete the recognition result; if immediate deletion fails, the maximum documented period for which the provider retains the result is 3 days. The original audio recording is not transferred to DeepSeek; the resulting transcript may subsequently be transferred to DeepSeek as a text AI request
- Text AI requests are processed by the external provider DeepSeek; vision requests are transferred through RouterAI (Inter LLC, OGRN 1147017006950, INN 7017351722) to providers of the OpenAI GPT-5.6 Terra model (OpenAI or Microsoft Azure). Depending on the provider, processing may take place outside the Russian Federation; see the separate consent to cross-border data transfer
- Only the content necessary for the requested AI feature is transferred, but complete anonymisation is not guaranteed
- I may refuse AI processing and create the capsule manually
