Consent to arbitration

I agree to the dispute resolution rules of COREXO (Individual Entrepreneur D.A. Shishnev, OGRNIP 326774600424037, INN 790600849762):

1. Dispute resolution procedure:

• In the event of a dispute about fulfilment of the capsule terms, the dispute is referred to the COREXO arbitrator for consideration
• The arbitrator analyses the audit_log, Proof artifacts and correspondence (if available)
• The arbitrator’s decision is final

2. Data access:

• The arbitrator has access to the capsule’s audit_log
• The arbitrator has access to Proof artifacts
• The arbitrator has access to the parties’ correspondence (if it was conducted within the capsule)

3. Time limits:

• Dispute review SLA: 48 hours
• If a decision cannot be reached on the basis of the data, the arbitrator makes a decision based on common sense
