Consent to cross-border transfer of personal data

When AI features are used, data necessary for the request may be transferred to external providers and processed outside the Russian Federation:

• DeepSeek — processing text requests, including intention text and fragments extracted for AI analysis
• Inter LLC (OGRN 1147017006950, INN 7017351722, RouterAI service) — routing vision requests
• Providers of the OpenAI GPT-5.6 Terra model selected by RouterAI (in the current configuration, OpenAI or Microsoft Azure) — processing the image and the text request accompanying it

For voice input, only the resulting transcript is transferred to foreign AI providers; the original audio recording is not transferred to them. For speech recognition, the recording is sent separately to the operator of Yandex SpeechKit specified in the consent to AI processing and in the Privacy Policy.

Depending on the requested feature, the request text, voice-message transcript, selected images, files or fragments extracted from them are transferred. Transfer is limited to the extent necessary for AI processing; complete anonymisation is not guaranteed. The set of providers and jurisdictions may change only after this consent is updated and new consent is obtained from the user, if the change is material to the processing.
