Consent to financial data processing

I give consent to Individual Entrepreneur D.A. Shishnev (OGRNIP 326774600424037, INN 790600849762) to process my financial data:

1. Data covered:

• Income (amounts, sources, dates)
• Expenses (amounts, categories, dates)
• Balances and remaining amounts
• Financial goals and plans
• Spending and income patterns

2. Main purposes of processing:

• Maintaining a personal income and expense journal
• Finding and correcting specific entries at the user’s request
• Deterministic calculation of totals, available balance and limits, and producing reports
• Integration with capsules (task budgeting)

3. Storage and processing:

• The primary database is hosted on COREXO servers in the Russian Federation
• Data is protected in transit (TLS) and at rest
• Data is not used for credit scoring or advertising

4. Basic AI operations:

The financial journal is managed through an AI assistant. Therefore, the text of the user’s financial command and the result of a necessary basic operation (for example, recording or correcting a specific expense, or stating a deterministic calculation) may be processed by DeepSeek if separate consents to AI processing and cross-border transfer have been given. An image of a financial document selected by the user may be processed through RouterAI by providers of the OpenAI GPT-5.6 Terra model (OpenAI or Microsoft Azure). The optional statement below does not cancel these basic operations. Without the general AI consents, financial commands in the AI assistant are unavailable; non-AI viewing and export of previously saved data do not depend on this optional statement.

5. Optional personalised AI analysis of history:

A separate optional statement permits passing to the model the results of specialised analytical tools applied to the accumulated financial history: period comparisons, recurring patterns and outliers, links to other domains and personalised recommendations. Without this statement, COREXO blocks the financial summary, in-depth analysis and cross-domain analysis tools before their results are placed in the model’s context. Basic journal recording and display, deterministic calculations, reports and export remain available.

6. Export and deletion:

• When the account is deleted, financial data is deleted to the extent and within the periods established by applicable law
