Consent to personal data processing

I, a COREXO user (the “Data Subject”), freely, of my own will and in my own interest, give consent to Individual Entrepreneur D.A. Shishnev (OGRNIP 326774600424037, INN 790600849762, the “Operator”) to process my personal data on the following terms:

1. Data covered:

• Telegram identifier (user_id, username, first_name, last_name)
• Telephone number (if provided)
• Email address (if provided)
• Data contained in capsules (intention text, task descriptions)
• Voice messages and other voluntarily provided audio recordings, as well as the transcripts obtained from them
• Technical information (IP address, user agent, device_id)

2. Purposes of processing:

• Providing access to the COREXO service
• Creating and managing intention capsules
• Sending notifications about capsule status
• Speech recognition in voice messages sent by the user and processing of the resulting transcript to fulfil the user’s request
• Complying with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation

3. Methods of processing:

Collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), depersonalisation, blocking, deletion and destruction, with or without the use of automation tools.

4. Duration of consent:

Until the account is deleted or processing for the stated purposes is terminated, or until the consent is withdrawn by the Data Subject.

5. Withdrawal procedure:

Consent may be withdrawn by the Data Subject by sending a written request to the email address info@corexolife.io.

6. Pseudonymisation:

In the immutable event log (audit_log), the user identifier is stored as a SHA-256 hash to ensure the cryptographic integrity of the log while also protecting personal data.
