Consent of a parent (legal representative) to the processing of a minor’s data

Fields in square brackets are completed when consent is given.

I, [parent’s full name], as the parent (legal representative) of the minor [child’s full name, date of birth], give consent to Individual Entrepreneur D.A. Shishnev (OGRNIP 326774600424037, INN 790600849762) to process my child’s personal data on the following terms:

1. Child’s data covered:

• First name (without surname)
• Age / date of birth
• Telegram identifier (if available)
• Data related to completing tasks (check-ins, photo reports, geolocation within capsules)

2. Purposes of processing:

• Organising family coordination (“Sync” capsules)
• Supporting educational and household routine tasks
• Creating a Weekly Mirror for the parent

3. Special conditions:

• The child’s data is accessible only to the legal representative, participants in the relevant family capsule and the Operator’s technical services, to the extent necessary
• The child’s data is not used for advertising
• If the legal representative provides the child’s data by voice message, the original audio recording is sent to Yandex SpeechKit, operated by Yandex.Cloud LLC, solely for speech recognition; server-side logging of the request is disabled, and after receiving the transcript COREXO sends a request to delete the recognition result
• If the legal representative separately enables an AI feature, the necessary text or selected Proof may be transferred to DeepSeek or, for images, through RouterAI to providers of the OpenAI GPT-5.6 Terra model (OpenAI or Microsoft Azure); this requires valid consents to AI processing and cross-border transfer
• The child’s data is stored separately from adults’ data
• I may withdraw consent at any time and demand deletion of the child’s data to the extent permitted by law
