Consent to the processing of Proof artifacts

I consent to COREXO (Individual Entrepreneur D.A. Shishnev, OGRNIP 326774600424037, INN 790600849762) processing the Proof artifacts I upload (photos, files, links, screenshots) to:

• Verify fulfilment of the capsule terms (DoD)
• Perform automated checks through the Proof Engine (AI validation)
• Give P1 access for manual review
• Give the arbitrator access in the event of a dispute

AI processing:

When AI validation is started, the necessary text or extracted fragment is sent to DeepSeek, and the selected image and accompanying request are sent through RouterAI to providers of the OpenAI GPT-5.6 Terra model (OpenAI or Microsoft Azure). Processing may take place outside the Russian Federation and requires valid consents to AI processing and cross-border transfer.

Storage terms:

• Proof artifacts are stored separately from the immutable log for the period necessary for verification and possible dispute resolution
• The audit_log records events and metadata of the upload, verification and decision, but not the entire file contents
• Proof is deleted on request and in accordance with the retention rules, taking into account unresolved disputes and the Operator’s obligations under law
