Consent to the processing of special categories of personal data

I give separate consent to Individual Entrepreneur D.A. Shishnev (OGRNIP 326774600424037, INN 790600849762) to process data relating to my health and lifestyle:

1. Data covered:

• Calories, protein, fat and carbohydrates
• Body measurements (weight, height, circumferences)
• Physical activity (workouts, steps)
• Sleep and recovery
• Subjective assessments of well-being
• Other health data I voluntarily enter in capsules

2. Purposes of processing:

• Maintaining “Body” capsules
• Creating personal digests
• Tracking changes in metrics

3. Storage and access:

• Data is stored in encrypted form (server-side envelope encryption, AES-256-GCM)
• Access to decrypted data is limited to the Operator’s technical services and the purposes of processing
• The primary database is hosted on servers in the Russian Federation

4. External AI processing:

If I provide such data by voice message, the original audio recording is sent to Yandex SpeechKit, operated by Yandex.Cloud LLC, solely for speech recognition; server-side logging of the request is disabled, and after receiving the transcript COREXO sends a request to delete the recognition result.

If I separately use AI analysis or AI verification of Proof, the portion of data required for that feature may be transferred to DeepSeek or, for images, through RouterAI to providers of the OpenAI GPT-5.6 Terra model (OpenAI or Microsoft Azure), including processing outside the Russian Federation. Such transfer takes place only if consents to AI processing and cross-border transfer have been given. Without the use of an AI feature, data is not transferred to external model providers.

I may withdraw consent at any time and demand deletion of the data to the extent permitted by law.
