Consent to participate in a capsule

Fields in square brackets are completed when consent is given.

I, [P2 full name / Telegram username], confirm that I have read the terms of capsule [capsule ID] and agree to participate in it on the following terms:

1. Capsule terms:

• North Star (goal): [goal description]
• Definition of Done (DoD): [acceptance criteria]
• Deadline: [date and time]
• Budget: [amount] (for a monetary capsule)

2. Arbitration rules:

• In the event of a dispute about fulfilment of the terms, the dispute is referred to the COREXO arbitrator (Individual Entrepreneur D.A. Shishnev, OGRNIP 326774600424037, INN 790600849762) for consideration
• The arbitrator’s decision is final
• Dispute review SLA: 48 hours

3. Responsibilities:

• I undertake to complete the work in accordance with the DoD
• I undertake to provide Proof artifacts for verification
• If the deadline is missed or the DoD is not met, the funds may be returned to P1

4. Payouts (for monetary capsules):

• Payouts are made through the payment provider (Tochka Bank, secure transaction service)
• To receive payouts, I confirm my self-employed / individual entrepreneur status
• COREXO is not a payment agent; it acts as a technology intermediary
