Consent to the reservation of funds (escrow)

Fields in square brackets are completed when consent is given.

I, [P1 full name / Telegram username], confirm that I agree to reserve funds in the amount of [amount] ₽ to pay for the fulfilment of obligations under capsule [capsule ID] on the following terms:

1. Reservation terms:

• Funds are reserved with a licensed payment provider (Tochka Bank, secure transaction service)
• COREXO (Individual Entrepreneur D.A. Shishnev, OGRNIP 326774600424037, INN 790600849762) is not the holder of the funds
• Funds will be paid out to P2 only if the capsule terms (DoD) are met

2. Payout terms:

• The payout is made in instalments as iterations are completed (where applicable)
• The payout is initiated after verification of Proof artifacts
• Final confirmation of the payout remains with P1

3. Refund terms:

• If the capsule is cancelled before work starts — full refund
• If P2 misses the deadline — funds are returned to P1
• In the event of a dispute — the arbitrator’s decision

4. Transaction guarantee fee:

• Transaction guarantee fee: [amount] ₽ (includes the payment provider’s and COREXO’s commission)
