Dispute Resolution Regulations (COREXO Arbitration)
1.1. COREXO Arbitration is an internal technology-based procedure for resolving disputes between Users (P1 — Client and P2 — Executor) regarding fulfilment of the Capsule terms (Definition of Done).
1.2. COREXO Arbitration is neither a state court nor an arbitral tribunal within the meaning of the legislation of the Russian Federation. It is a mediation and expert-review procedure of the platform.
1.3. COREXO acts as a technology intermediary and bears no financial liability for the outcome of a dispute, unless the contrary follows from the terms of the funds reservation service.
2.1. A dispute may be initiated by P1 (rejection of Proof), P2 (challenge to a rejection) or the System (expiry of the deadline without Proof).
2.2. The cause of a dispute is a discrepancy in the assessment of fulfilment of the DoD terms recorded in the Capsule.
3.1. Evidence collection: The arbitrator (AI System + Human P3) analyses the immutable event log (audit_log), uploaded Proof artifacts and correspondence within the Capsule.
3.2. AI recommendation (L2): Artificial intelligence analyses whether the Proof meets the DoD terms and produces a recommendation (pay out to P2, refund P1, partial payout), stating a confidence score.
3.3. Final decision (L3): A human arbitrator (an authorised representative of the Operator) examines the materials and the AI recommendation and makes the final decision.
3.4. Time limit (SLA): The decision is made within 48 hours of dispute escalation.
4.1. Full performance in favour of P2: Funds (or an instalment) are released to the Executor.
4.2. Full refund in favour of P1: Funds are returned to the Client.
4.3. Partial performance: Funds are divided between the parties in proportion to the confirmed volume of work.
4.4. Request for revision: The Capsule returns to ACTIVE status with new Proof requirements.
5.1. The COREXO Arbitrator’s decision is final for the purposes of the operation of the Platform and the initiation of financial transactions through the payment provider.
5.2. The parties have the right to apply to a state court to protect their rights; however, COREXO audit_log data will be provided to the court as electronic evidence.
